EDUTRACK LMIS — QUIZZES PROFESSIONAL DISPLAY PATCH

WHAT WAS FIXED
- Stored HTML-rich quiz descriptions and question text are no longer escaped into visible tags on the key learner/staff display pages.
- A shared renderer strips scripts, embeds, tracking markup, comments and unsafe attributes, allowing selected educational formatting and safe HTTP(S) hyperlinks.
- PDF/manual marking screen features clearer heading, instructions, marks/attempt badges, improved file input and table, and friendly empty-state text specific to staff vs learners.
- The existing PDF upload/download/mark database logic remains in place. No SQL migration is required for these display-only changes.

INSTALLATION
1. Back up the current /modules/quizzes/ folder and database before deploying.
2. Extract and upload the contained quizzes/ directory into your existing /modules/quizzes/ directory, preserving filenames and subfolders.
3. Upload the NEW content-renderer.php file as well as all changed PHP files, otherwise missing-file errors will occur.
4. Check the routes /quizzes/manual-pdf?quiz_id=1, quiz view, quiz publish, quiz take, results and question delete screens.
5. If your host lacks the PHP DOM extension, plain text fallback is used. Enable PHP DOM/XML for properly formatted rich text.

NOTES
- This is a presentation/security sanitation patch, not a content rewrite. Existing quiz descriptions in the database are unchanged.
- A Google-generated copy/paste block still contains redundant wording and citations. For a truly editorial-quality assessment, clean up the stored description using your editor rather than expecting an HTML renderer to rewrite content.
- Other HTML output in unrelated PHP applications outside this uploaded quizzes folder is not patched.
- Test on staging before deploying live. PHP lint passed; runtime routes require your live dependencies and a database connection.
